Your membership level will change depending on the amount and number of purchases you make each year.
Depending on your membership level, the points awarded and benefits will be upgraded.
About the target period
Your stage will be determined based on your total purchase amount and total number of purchases over the course of a year (September 1st to the end of August of the following year).
About stage updates
・ Rank Up: If the conditions are met, you will be ranked up immediately.
・ Rank down: Your rank for the following year will be determined based on your purchasing conditions for the past year.
About points
Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
The product price (tax included) is the amount eligible for points.
Precautions
・ Orders placed during the applicable period will be upgraded or downgraded to a higher or lower stage.
・ The purchase price including tax will be counted.
・ Shipping costs, various fees, and repair costs are not included in the points awarded.
・ If you have used points or other discounts, the total amount after the discount will be applied.
・ For online purchases, points will be awarded 7 days after the shipping date.
・ The points you earn can be used on your next purchase.
・ Please note that points may not be redeemable for returns after shipping has been completed.
