How to order

When ordering on this website, please select the desired color, size, and whether or not you would like the hemming done for each product, and add it to your cart. Please follow the steps below to place your order.

STEP.1 Add products to your shopping cart

On the product detail page of the product you want, select the color, size and inseam of the product you want and press the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have added an item to your cart, you will be directed to the "Shopping Cart" page.

Please check that the product color, size, etc. are correct.
If you would like to continue shopping, please press the "Continue Shopping" button.

If you would like to specify a delivery date and time for your item, please select your desired delivery date and time under "Specify delivery date and time."
*Delivery is limited to within Japan.
If you would like to use points, enter the number of points you would like to use under "Use points" and press the "Apply" button.
*You will need to log in (register as a member) to use points.
To continue with your purchase, press the "Proceed to payment" button.

STEP 2. Log in *If you selected "Log in and purchase"

If you are already a registered member, please click the "Log in" button. If you are purchasing for the first time, please click the "Create an account" button.

[For those who have already registered as members]
Please log in by entering your registered email address and password.

[For those who are not registered as members]
To purchase, you must register as a member.
Please click the "Create an account" button and create an account from the account creation page.

STEP 3 Specify the delivery address

If you are purchasing for the first time, please enter your address. If you have purchased from us before, the address you registered at the time of purchase will be automatically reflected.

STEP 4. Select your payment method and billing address

Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and external payment methods specified by our company.
If you would like to specify a different billing address from your shipping address, select "Use a different billing address" under "Billing address" and enter your billing address.

Once you have finished entering the information, please check it and click "Pay Now".

STEP 5. Order completed

All the steps above are complete. After completing the order process, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, so please check it.

If you have not received an order completion email within 2 business days, please contact us using the inquiry form , stating your order number.

You will receive a delivery notification email at a later date. If you have specified a delivery time, please check the delivery notification email for details.
