Return and exchange conditions
We will only accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product.
*Returns and exchanges on the online shop are only available for purchases made on the online shop.
*If the product you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will accept a return or change to another product.
*Returns and exchanges of products purchased at the online shop cannot be accepted at other stores.
*In the case of exchanges, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the product stock status.

*If you are unable to print out the request form, you may fill out the request form on a piece of paper.
Return and exchange procedures
STEP 1: Please check the return and exchange conditions.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:
- f you are having your hemmed or custom painted
- If the item is washed at the customer's facility
- The product is dirty or damaged.
- If the item feels more comfortable than it did when you tried it on
- Ordered products, pre-ordered products, sale products (including lucky bag products), and other non-regular products
- Returns and exchanges from anyone other than the person who placed the order
*Please note that if you bend or stretch when trying on the garment, wrinkles may form behind the knees.
*This includes all kinds of odors such as tobacco, perfume, living environment odors, and pet hair.
*The presence of odor will be determined upon arrival at our company.
Please note that the above judgments are based on our company's standards and may not necessarily match your standards.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product being different from what you expected or if the order was incorrect.
*If there is a defect in the product, the above may not apply.
If you find any defects in the product, please contact our online shop.
STEP 2: Contact the online shop
Please contact our online shop if you wish to return or exchange an item.
*If you do not contact our online shop, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
STEP 3: Returning products
Please return the product to our company or our distribution center with the following items enclosed. We will inform you of the return address later.
- merchandise
- All documents sent to you (10-year warranty, etc.)
- Product Tags
- A note with the return address
- In case of return, please write the following bank account details for the refund (COD and bank transfer only)
- Bank Name
- Branch name (furigana)
- Account Type
- Account Number
- Account name (furigana)
※Postal accounts not accepted
When returning or exchanging an item, please pay the shipping costs yourself.
There is no need to specify the shipping company to be used when sending your order.
*If you send it by cash on delivery, we will charge you the fee.
*When returning the product, please fold it in a way that does not put stress on the product.
*Please return the item folded in the same way it was sent to you. (Example: Pants -> Fold in thirds OK, Slacks -> Not OK)
STEP.4 Checking the arrived goods
Once we or our logistics center have received the returned product, if there is no problem with the condition of the product, we will exchange or refund it.
[In case of exchange]
We will ship you a replacement product.
[In case of return]
We will cancel your credit card payment or deferred payment and refund you by bank transfer (Rakuten Bank).
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days.
We will refund the amount minus bank transfer fees, shipping fees, and cash on delivery fees.
