We only accept repairs for our products. For repair requests, please contact the store where you purchased the product. Our online shop only accepts repairs for products purchased through the online shop.
*There are some product numbers that we cannot accept for repair. Please contact us in advance before sending the product for repair.
*Points cannot be used to pay for repairs.

Things to note before sending your item for repair
Please wash your jeans and have them completely dry before ordering. You can also wash them with water. Jeans that have not been washed may cause the sewing machine to break down or may not produce a good finish.
*If we determine that you are wearing the mask, we may decline your request.
*We may decline your request if you use strong-smelling detergents, fabric softeners, etc., as this may cause odors to transfer to the repair shop.
What to send with washed jeans
- A note detailing the repairs (please provide as much detail as possible)

An estimate will be given after inspection of the item.

Please pay for the repair by cash on delivery. A separate cash on delivery fee will be charged.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the product to us with your prepaid shipping. Once repairs are complete, we will return it to you as follows:

Repair delivery time
Please confirm the delivery date in advance as it may change from time to time. Please note that regardless of the work content, from minor repairs such as re-sewing a broken stitch to major repairs such as holes and tears, the work will be carried out in the "order in which requests are received."

Repairs are only available within Japan.
