Orders totaling 11,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free nationwide shipping. If you would like your items hemmed at this stage, please specify this when placing your order.
Second Shipment (For Exchanges / Hemming)
Once the original item is returned to our store, we will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged or hemmed item back to you.
- Note: If you require hemming, we highly recommend requesting it at the same time as a size exchange.
Third Shipment (For Further Exchanges / Hemming)
Please note that if you require an additional size exchange or hemming, the customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

We only accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product.
